GRANDBOIS WEINE

Grandbois Wines – Regenerative Viticulture in the Moselle Valley

In the heart of the famous German wine region Mosel defined Grandbois Weine rediscovering what it means to make wine with purpose and responsibility. Founded by Phillip & Tanja, this small winery combines traditional Mosel wine culture with a future-oriented approach: sustainability and regenerative viticulture are at the heart of it.

On just two hectares of vineyards, the couple cultivates an inspiring blend of grape varieties—including Pinot Noir, Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, Bacchus, and, of course, the region's signature Riesling. Every vine is farmed organically, and the entire winery follows the principles of regenerative agriculture. This isn't just about organic—it's about actively revitalizing the soil, promoting biodiversity, and making the land resilient for future generations.

Phillip & Tanja are convinced: Great wine begins in vibrant soil. Their artisanal, restrained approach in the cellar ensures that every bottle honestly reflects the character of the terroir – fresh, vibrant wines full of natural energy and expressiveness.

From clear, mineral white wines to elegant, structured red wines – Grandbois Weine writes a new chapter in the traditional history of Moselle wine.

Grandbois Weine is more than a winery – it is a vision for a greener future in which winemaking takes place in harmony with nature – not against it.
