Description

LEMON BLOSSOM 🍋 | WET STONE 🪨 | EXOTIC FRUIT FLASH 🍍

Nestled 300 meters above sea level in the chalky hills of Estremoz, this complex white wine whispers of sun-drenched mornings and cool soils. A field blend of native Portuguese grape varieties—Arinto, Alvarinho, Rabo de Ovelha, Roupeiro, Perum, and more—is a quiet ode to diversity, freshness, and restraint.

Harvested by hand from a 3-hectare sustainably managed vineyard, the grapes were pressed directly from the crates and slowly clarified before undergoing spontaneous, cool fermentation. No stress. No tricks. Just fruit, time, and care.

The result? A white wine with nerve and nuance. Aromatically, citrus dominates—fresh lemon peel and pomelo—with a hint of tropical, volatile notes. On the palate, it's creamy yet fresh, with lively acidity and a mineral note that lingers. No wood, just the raw clarity of the site and the grape.

Bottled with a slight sulfite content and nothing else.
6,000 bottles produced. Best enjoyed chilled, with grilled seafood, soft cheese, or on warm days when texture and freshness count.
