CHERRY SKIN 🍒 | DRIED HERBS 🌿 | CRUSHED SPICE 🌶️
Lean, fresh, and quietly intense – this 2024 red wine is a minimalist interpretation of the typical Aragonez grape from Estremoz. Grown at an altitude of 300 meters on clay-limestone soils, it speaks softly but lingers long in the memory.
Harvested by hand and destemmed directly in a traditional lagar, it fermented naturally with wild yeasts. After seven days on the skins, the wine was pressed, lightly clarified, and left to rest in stainless steel tanks—no wood, no additives, just purity and vibrancy.
In the glass, it's feather-light yet firm. Aromas of sour cherry, cranberry, and cassis meet dried herbs and black pepper. On the palate, it's dry, lively, and taut, with clear acidity and delicate tannins that provide just the right grip.
Bottled with little sulfur and without intervention.
Only 2,500 bottles produced. Serve slightly chilled with grilled vegetables, charcuterie, or anything that calls for clarity and freshness.
