Structured yet vibrant, NOMOS is a white wine that combines aromatic freshness with quiet power. Made from a blend of white grape varieties and aged for 6 to 12 months in French oak barrels, it combines freshness and weight.

In the glass, it appears pale gold and opens with aromas of orchard fruits, citrus zest, and a subtle hint of vanilla spice from the barrel. On the palate, it is full-bodied but fresh, with ripe acidity cutting through the roundness. The oak is present but elegant—more structure than toast.

With 12.5% ​​alcohol, NOMOS skillfully balances richness with restraint. Clear, harmonious, and perfect with food: roasted poultry, creamy shellfish, or dishes with smoke and salt.
