In the glass, it presents itself bright and clear with aromas of white fruits such as pear, apple, and cherimoya, accompanied by dried herbs, bread dough, and a hint of dried pasta. The nose evokes highland meadows, dry flora, and cool rocky landscapes under a vast sky. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured without being heavy—with a salty minerality that carries from the first sip through the long finish.
