Complex and spirited, this red wine combines grapes from several vineyards in Nagoselo and Ervedosa do Douro. The vines ripen on granite and slate soils at an altitude of 300 to 500 meters, lending depth and structure.

In the glass, the wine presents a dark red color with aromas of wild berries, fresh mountain air, and subtle oak notes. The nose combines fruit and spice, borne from the spontaneous fermentation in cement and a year of aging in used 500-liter French barrels. On the palate, it reveals fullness and elegance, with ripe fruit and mineral freshness.

With a balanced alcohol content, Crazy Javali Tinto is a charming accompaniment to grilled meat, mushroom dishes, or mature cheese.
