Refined and balanced – this Mauzac demonstrates the subtle art of combining freshness and warmth. Destemmed and gently crushed, fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months in oak barrels – without bâtonnage, allowing the fruit to take center stage.

In the glass, it's a pale golden color with notes of lemon zest, white peach, and a hint of vanilla wood. The nose is calm and complex, reminiscent of ripe fruit, cool cellars, and warm summer days in the shade. On the palate, the wine is both clear and supple: lively acidity meets a delicate roundness.

The short aging in wood adds texture and depth without taking away the freshness – a silent conversation between fruit and barrel.
