Description

BLACK PEPPER 🌶️ | RIPE CHERRY 🍒 | SUNSHINE ☀️

Lively and full of character – this Duras showcases the potential of the native Gaillac grape variety: spice, freshness, and pure expression. 90% Duras, 10% Syrah – partly destemmed, partly fermented as whole clusters, with gentle extraction and a relaxed approach. No pushing, no tamping – just daily, careful pump-overs.

In the glass, it shimmers a deep ruby red with aromas of black pepper, ripe cherry, and a hint of wild herbs. The nose is open and vibrant – it speaks of sun, wind, and old vines on warm limestone soil. On the palate, it is juicy and crisp, with a delicate tension between spice and fruit.

Winter brought calm, the winemaking process precision. The result: a wine with energy, structure and lasting freshness – sunny, but never heavy.

Made to celebrate, not to pose.
