Carrousel de Tête's 2023 Blanc comes from the so-called "K-Hole" micro-site in the Palatinate region, where 35-year-old Silvaner vines blend with Riesling. After 48 hours of maceration on skins and stems, the juice is gently pressed and aged for a full year on the fine lees in used 300-liter barrels. A touch of sulfites (10 mg/L) at bottling preserves freshness without diminishing character.

In the glass, it displays a pale straw color with slight cloudiness. The nose is lively, with crisp green apple, a hint of garden herbs, and a subtle lychee note. On the palate, bright acidity and soft tannins support layers of stone fruit, spicy herbal tones, and a minerally tinged finish. Best served by decanting and at 12–14°C to fully appreciate its nuanced texture and developing aromas.
