Unconventional yet precise – this white wine comes from the amphitheater-shaped "Clos da Bonifata" vineyard in Ervedosa do Douro. At an altitude of 600 meters, Arinto and Viosinho grow on slate soils – a terroir that ensures freshness, structure, and expression.

In the glass, the wine appears lemon yellow with aromas of citrus zest, high-altitude herbs, and damp stone. The nose is initially closed—notes of metal and yeast hint at the brief skin contact tanning in the concrete. After some aeration, its clear, cool minerality reveals itself. On the palate, it's light-footed and youthful, with invigorating freshness and unaffected directness.

With 12% alcohol, Crazy Javali Branco remains easy to drink and cool. Perfect with grilled fish, vegetable tapas, or served on its own in a glass—a distinctive white wine with a punch of character.
