A soulful whisper of clay-limestone soils – Fizei Tinto is a red wine born of a dream: quietly rebellious, deeply personal. The name? A baby's unfortunate "I did it," now on the label of a wine that breaks all the rules. This is what wine is born of when two winemakers stop chasing trends and instead follow the truth.

100% Castelão, hand-picked from 20-year-old vines, minimal intervention, and fermented according to traditional methods: in upright, open-bottomed vats with whole grapes and skins. After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation, the wine rested with the grape skins for over six months. No additional yeasts, no additives, and only a very small amount of sulfur.

The result is a rustic yet refined red wine with a unique character. On the nose, it opens with savory notes of olive tapenade, followed by ripe wild berries and compote. On the palate, it's full yet agile – gentle tannins, shaped by barrel aging, dance between bright fruit and soft structure. At 12.5% ​​alcohol, it's grounded yet ready to take flight.

Unfiltered. Unclarified. Only 1,100 bottles exist.
Perfect with roasts, aged cheese, or anything that calls for depth and soul. Open one hour before drinking to allow it to fully develop.
