WILD BERRIES 🍓 | DRIED FLOWERS 🌸 | GRANITE DUST 🪨
Pristine and complex, this red wine comes from a single, half-hectare vineyard with centuries-old vines planted on granite soils. A co-fermentation of 50% red and 50% white grapes, including Tinta Gorda, Malvasia, Bastardo Preta & Branco, Verdelho, Russo, and many more—over 15 native varieties in total.
In the glass, it presents a bright red with vibrant freshness and aromas of wild berries, dried flowers, and a fine, stony minerality. The nose evokes dry soils, granite dust, and the cool clarity of remote highlands. On the palate, it displays structure and energy—carried by bright fruit, floral spice, and a hint of tart freshness.
With a moderate alcohol content, it remains light-hearted but serious. It pairs perfectly with grilled meat, root vegetables, or mature cheese—or simply on its own when a wine needs to convey more than just fruit.
Fermented in cement. Authentic, not contrived. Made to ground, not dazzle.
