The Tubarão! Tinto de Ramadas 2023 is a fresh, rustic red wine made from 80% Vinhão and 20% Alvarilhão, reflecting the traditional field-edge vines of the Minho region. These Ramadas—vines trained along the borders of small farms—are part of an ancient polyculture system where vines and corn grew side by side as natural insurance.

This is a true Minho red wine: lively, low in alcohol, and ideal for serving chilled. The grapes grow on sandy soils, and the wine is bottled unpretentiously and neat.

In the glass, it displays a deep violet color with wild aromas of red berries, forest herbs, and a hint of earth. On the palate, it is juicy and invigorating, with crisp tannins and electric acidity. Perfect for relaxed drinking, grilled food, and good company.
