Delicate in color, yet bold in character – this 2024 rosé is a quiet rebel from the limestone slopes of Estremoz. Made from 100% Castelão, it balances elegance and energy, restraint and rawness.

Harvested by hand at night, whole grapes were cold-pressed for two hours before wild fermentation began without temperature control or intervention—just pure juice and its own wild rhythm. After careful aging, the wine rested untouched in tanks until bottling.

In the glass, it presents a pale, slightly muted pink—almost ethereal. Aromatically, it stands out with fresh wild berries, crushed green leaves, and a subtle spicy note. On the palate, it's dry, feather-light, and persistent, with fresh acidity and a hint of tannin that adds structure without being heavy. Zero sugar sensation, but full of flavor.

Minimal sulfur addition. No additives. Only 1,000 bottles produced.
Serve slightly chilled, but not too cold—this wine unfolds with aeration. Perfect with summer salads, charcuterie, grilled shrimp, or simply on its own.
