Harvested in mid-October from the Maringer Sonnenuhr—literally Tanja and Philippe's backyard—this Spätlese Riesling captures the golden glow of the season and a final kiss of noble rot (15%). The cold, sunny end of the vintage extended the harvest days into a slow, contemplative rhythm.

Gently fermented over 30 days and aged for 6 months on the full lees in a traditional 1000-liter neutral fouder, this wine is as much patience as poetry.

With circling falcons above and salamanders below, nature surrounds every sip. A classic Mosel Riesling, rooted in tradition and driven by instinct.
