O Mal Acabado is a naturally sparkling Loureiro from traditionally ramada-trained border vineyards. Produced with minimal intervention, it ferments with indigenous yeasts and is bottled without stabilization or filtration. The result is a rustic yet fresh wine that authentically reflects its Atlantic-influenced terroir.

In the glass, it displays a slightly cloudy straw yellow color. The nose is lively and inviting, with aromas of lemon peel, crisp green apple, and delicate jasmine. On the palate, it's dry, light, and lively—characterized by lively acidity and a fine, sparkling mousse that lifts every sip.
