Each year, Philippe and Tanja select their Riesling with the highest acidity for an early harvest and create a Pet Nat that highlights the saltiness of the slate and the bright acidity of the Moselle.

No lemons were harmed in the making of this citrusy sparkling wine—only the pure essence of Riesling. Made from their youngest vines, it reflects meticulous vineyard care and the character of the vintage.

In the glass, it displays a cloudy, pale golden glow. The nose is fresh and lively, with hints of apricot, meadow grass, and crushed stone. On the palate, it is dry, bright, and crisp—carried by tangy citrus freshness, gentle bubbles, and a stony note that energizes every sip.
