Delicate yet present – ​​this Faberrebe evokes the fragrant elegance of a nearly forgotten variety. Carefully harvested and spontaneously fermented, it combines floral notes with delicate fruit and a lively lightness – a play on fragrance, finesse, and balance.

In the glass, it shimmers pale gold with aromas of blossom honey, pale melon, and white blossoms. The nose is delicate and playful—a fragrance reminiscent of spring gardens, bright summer days, and crisp mornings. On the palate, it is soft and flowing, with a gentle structure and invigorating freshness.

With its low alcohol content and delicate fruitiness, it pairs perfectly with Asian cuisine, fresh salads, or simply on its own on the balcony.
