Straightforward yet complex – this Silvaner reveals the quiet depth of a traditional grape variety. Harvested by hand and fermented spontaneously, it combines delicate fruit with cool minerality and subtle spice – a balance of calm, precision, and character.

In the glass, it presents a pale yellow color with aromas of yellow pear, hay flowers, and wet stone. The nose is clear and tranquil—a fragrance reminiscent of cool mornings, chalky soils, and tranquil landscapes. On the palate, it is taut and gently flowing, with a grippy structure and a salty freshness.

With its low alcohol content and fine texture, it pairs perfectly with hearty vegetable dishes, mushrooms, or simply on its own when things get quiet.
