In the wild landscape of the Portuguese region of Beira Interior,\u00a0Gardunha Sul<\/em>\u00a0A visionary wine project led by Andr\u00e9 \u2013 with the goal of rethinking wine in true harmony with nature. Rooted at the foot of the Serra da Gardunha, this small but ambitious project focuses on organic and biodynamic farming, sustainability, and the revival of ancient, almost forgotten winemaking traditions.

Andr\u00e9 consciously avoids conventional methods and works with minimal intervention \u2013 both in the vineyard and in the cellar.
